Happy New Year to  you all! 

I hope and pray that you have a healthy year this year.  One way to try to achieve better health is to take better care of yourself.  I know that is hard to do, but it can be done.  Treat yourself  for a change.  Give up one meal out a month and you can afford to buy the vitamins that will help ensure your health. 

A basic vitamin regime would be

1.  multi vitamin
2.  multi mineral
3. Essential fatty acids (fish oil)
4.  Vitamin C
5.  Vitamin E (Unique E is the best)
6.  Vitamin D3
7.  Digestive enzymes (over 40 and anyone who has had their gall bladder removed)

Another way to achieve better health is to eat better.  Going back to basics, home made cooking, will help you avoid preservatives and hidden sugars.   Check out my wife's page (on this website) Your Fresh Chef.
